So if you haven't already checked the main list, please do. There are a ton of ratings posted there that I don't mention here (mainly because I try not to choose the exact same shows every week. Sometimes it doesn't work out that way but I do try).
1. Project Runway (2.013 million 0.8)- It’s at least above 2 million so really no complaints there. It’s clear the show has long hit its peak but I doubt Lifetime cares too much because it’s the best reality show they have even if they did have to buy it from another network all those seasons ago (Let’s be honest here, they can’t seem to launch a reality show for shit).
2. Mama Drama (557, 000 0.3)- Given the circumstances this actually isn’t horrendous. The numbers could have been much worse but that still doesn’t mean this isn’t a burnoff show (If you need even more proof of a burnoff just know that VH1 is planning on airing 2 episodes on Wednesday).
3. Mrs. Eastwood & Company (1.133 million 0.5)- If this show wanted to quell any doubts about not returning for a season 2 these finale numbers sure didn’t help its case. I can’t say for certain that it won’t come back but I’m a little doubtful that it will.
4. Masterchef (Tuesday: 6.16 million 2.5; Monday 6.40 million 2.7)- No surprise here why FOX renewed this for a 4th season. The ratings have been very good this summer along with Hell’s Kitchen (No need for a renewal announcement on that one because it’s already been renewed for 2 additional seasons after this current one).
5. Longmire (4.541 million 0.9)- I get the feeling that from the beginning A&E was surprised at how good the ratings have been for this show. Sure they might hope that the 18-49 demo at least crosses the 1.0 mark before the end of the season but they are definitely pleased.
6. Bachelor Pad (4.69 million 1.5)- This really wasn’t a hit show the first 2 seasons but it did a good enough job in not tanking in the timeslot for a late summer Monday. The same can’t be said about these premiere ratings because they are a little low. If not for the other reality flops in Duets and The Glass House, ABC would probably catch heat for these numbers.
7. Dallas (3.882 million 0.9)- This isn’t the mega hit show TV critics were hoping for but still these ratings are not terrible. While not TNT’s highest rated show (That would be The Closer if you’re looking at viewers or Falling Skies if you’re looking at the demo) it’s not the worst either.
8. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta (3.536 million 2.0)- Honestly this only gets a mention this week because not only is this another series high (Single Ladies also saw series high ratings this week too) but these are the highest numbers VH1 has seen for anything on their network since May 2009 and it’s also now VH1’s undisputed highest rated show of 2012.
9. Awkward (1.582 million 0.7)- This number may be a little deceiving because this aired on the last day of the DirecTV dispute but it hasn’t really suffered greatly because of the squabble. MTV made a good call with moving this show into primetime.
10. The Glee Project (342,000 0.1)- Bad week perhaps but as I’ve stated before, this show can’t afford to have a bad week and it’s starting to become evident that this show may not pull off a miracle like it did during season 1.
