This was a highly bizarre month on the cable show front. A lot of renewals here and quite a few shows getting split seasons here as well. The cancellation list is very short because the 5 shows under that are shows that haven't aired new episodes in over a year (silent cancellations). As always any decisions that come in today will get added to the list.

It really should be more than 10 shows on here this week but I had to get some comments in on the more important ones so those are below and just know that The Walking Dead got renewed today (Probably will not use that as the headline picture for Thursday's scorecard post though).

Another meatier post this week. It's making me a little nervous. I know things are about to get very slow in a few weeks.

This is one of those weeks where everything I had to say is all in the post and there is really no need for a formal introduction.

I’ve been at this for about 18 months now. I did a post very similar to this one a year ago but because it had only been 6 months at the time I just did a straight list without tallying how many predictions I actually got right or wrong. Since there aren’t 10 shows that I can get to make predictions on this month (A horrible combination of shows with spotted ratings info and too many brand new shows made this possible) I’m just going to do another list of the shows I did my predictions on in the last 12 months and see where I’m at with how I’ve been doing.

I personally don't get the hype of Scandal. The whole premise of the show completely turns me off of it but good ratings are good ratings and they can't be ignored.

Sigh of relief that I'm able to get this post up before the full ratings list today. At least I had a lot to say this week.
