I like it when a post like this falls on a Saturday. It means I can take all the time I need to format it properly. But anyway there were quite a few renewals and order extensions this month but cancellations were fairly light. Next month could possibly be a light month with very little movement as well since the Broadcast networks will be preparing for the launch of their new season.

Pretty much a quiet week with not very many premieres or finales and practially no ratings surprises to talk about.

I wish I had more to say but I don't. So is the consequence of not being surprised by anything this week.

If you haven't yet you can go read my recap for this episode of Breaking Bad. There's also a True Blood recap and there will be a Bad Girls Club recap coming sometime tonight or tomorrow. Anyway that's my reason for not posting too much around here anymore.

If I remember correctly from last year, August and September are 2 of the 3 worst months with me trying to make this post. I was able to find 10 shows to talk about this month but it may be a challenge for next month because so far I'm not seeing very many cable shows coming along in the next 4 weeks.

These next 3 weeks might seem like there's a rush of shows coming and going but all of it is just a preview of what's to come in September and October.
