Once again it's another long holiday weekend which means I'll pretty much have to take a break from the internet to work on home stuff (I sigh. Probably won't be back before Wednesday unless I feel like putting up something).

If 2011-2012 marks a renaissance of sorts for VH1 and 2009 marks the end of an era then 2008 should be the beginning of the end of that era. I felt that way back in 2009 and I still feel that way somewhat to this day. Anyway, reminisce at the older posts [2004-2006] and [2007] here and read below for the 2008 shows.

This month's scorecard brings a lot of changes, unfortunately for me none of them involve making this list any shorter. There were quite a few renewals and quite a few cancellations (official announcements and the 8+ month variety). There were also some shows that went on or off hiatus (for the ones that came off hiatus and are airing now they aren't on the list. If they are on hiatus appropriate designations and comments have been made).

As with last month any announcements that come in today (which should be anything that happens in the next 3-4 hours) will be added in this post. Anything that happens tomorrow and beyond will go in next month's post.

Though a lot of shows were up, these ratings didn't really seem to interest me that much. Next week there should be a lot of premieres and finales to post on (and I just remembered that next week's post might be on Wednesday with the holiday and all).

Anyway here's the full list and check back tomorrow and Thursday when I do my scorecard (a lot of reorganizing with that) and I'll post the VH1 ratings from 2008 as well.

Yes I'm putting up a post for this because I can (and because Skonka bet me that I would reach this an hour and 15 minutes ago and he was closer than me so he wins and also because I need to start bumping old posts off the front page).

So yea 10,000 pageviews in what is this like 4 1/2 months? Good for me but not good enough so on to 20,000 now.
