I feel like I've been neglecting the broadcast shows over the last few weeks. Too bad I don't have to worry about that because the next few weeks are going to be all about them as they all begin to wrap their seasons and await their fates for next season (either making it to next season or waiting for where they are going to go on the schedule) [Full List Here].

April was a ridiculously busy month and May will be more of the same. Because of that I have decided not to change the status of most of the undecided shows (as in I have only moved shows that have been renewed while leaving the old shows put instead of moving them to canceled). I did it because some of these networks were lets say not as forthcoming as I would have liked on the status of their undecided shows during their Upfront Presentations :: cough :: MTV and E! :: cough ::. What that means is next month every show on this list that ended from May-July of last year that hasn't been decided on will be moved to the canceled column (May undecided shows will definitely be canceled, June shows are likely canceled or definitely canceled if the network already had their Upfronts and July shows will be likely canceled but there's still a chance for a last minute renewal).

I have a confession to make. I'm not impressed with Atlanta. I have no desire to go there and my impression of the city is that it is full of people who would be considered lame in the places where they came from [Full List Here].

I am much too tired and occupied with other things to try to find a picture for this post today. In the meantime try to have a good weekend and don't overdose on the news because it will make you go crazy. No joke.

It feels good to be right. I called it last week when I said that VH1 was probably going to switch Family Hustle and The Gossip Game. Looks like they didn't want to wait one more week to take that opportunity [Full List Here].

I needed that day off yesterday. This week has been far too hyperactive for me to keep up with.

It was my original intention to do a normal post this month but 2 things kept that from happening. The first thing is that a lot of the shows I wanted to write on have either just ended or are far too new to make a prediction on. The second thing is that quite a few of the other shows I wanted to write on (Bates Motel, Vikings and The Americans) have already been renewed.

Since the vast majority of the list would have been 100% blind predictions plus the fact that there aren’t really 10 eligible shows to write on I figured I would just use this month as a retrospective post. So what I’m going to do here is pick 10 shows I wrote on over the last year (3, renewed, 3 canceled, 3 tossups that have been renewed, canceled or both and 1 still undecided show. Statuses will be reflected in the post by the colors in this comment) that I feel made the greatest impact on how I go about writing these posts every month.
